Post office internet banking: How to download your interest certificate for savings account, term deposit, RD

The Department of Posts (DOP) now allows users to download interest certificates directly from their internet banking portal. This eliminates the need for in-person visits to obtain essential documents for filing Income Tax Returns and tracking interest income. The service is available to all DOP Internet Banking users with active POSB accounts.
