FD rate up to 7.85% for senior citizens investing for three years; Know the list of banks

FD Interest Rate: Senior citizens can still find attractive fixed deposit rates, with some banks offering up to 7.85% for three-year tenures on deposits up to Rs 3 crore. While TDS is deducted on interest exceeding Rs 1 lakh, it can be claimed as a refund or adjusted against tax liability. Senior Citizens can submit Form 15H to prevent TDS deduction if eligible.
