Divorce not granted to a husband despite 18 years separation from wife having mental illness

High Court did not grant divorce to a husband who has been living separetly from the wife for about 18 years. When the husband married her in 2005 he did not knew that the wife has serious a mental illness (schizophrenia). He alleged that her parents hid this fact before marriage.
